1. Agreement Scope

This Usage Agreement governs how you may interact with AI Background Remover. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to all three documents.

2. Permitted & Prohibited Uses

Product photography for e-commerce stores

Personal profile photos and social media content

Marketing materials and advertising creatives

Educational and non-profit design projects

Uploading images of others without their consent

Creating deepfakes or manipulated deceptive content

Automated scraping or programmatic bulk usage without authorization

Bypassing security measures or API rate limits

3. API Key Usage

You may use your own remove.bg API key with this Service. You are solely responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Any charges incurred on your remove.bg account are your responsibility.

4. Rate Limits & Fair Use

The Service operates within rate limits imposed by the underlying remove.bg API. Attempts to circumvent these limits — including through rotating IPs or scripted requests — are a violation of this Agreement and may result in access termination.

5. Commercial Use

Commercial use of images processed by this Service is permitted, provided you comply with these terms and any applicable licenses attached to the original images you submit. We do not claim any rights over your output images.

6. Enforcement

Violation of this Usage Agreement may result in suspension or permanent termination of your access to the Service, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
